MEET HEATHER

Heather Curatolo is the owner and founder of Paws on Pine, which offers personalized dog walking and pet sitting services to her neighbors in Plaza Midwood and the surrounding areas. Heather recently moved from New York City, where she lived for her entire life.

Heather is an animal-lover (cats and dogs alike!) who decided to create a boutique pet services company while working in advertising sales in corporate America. At the time, she struggled to find reliable, specialized care for her fur babies, Doxy and Bebop, and decided that she wanted to be around animals full-time.

Heather is an active volunteer in the pet community with respected animal charities such as Rock & Rawhide, where she won volunteer of the year. She’s been asked to speak about animals and her mission at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Peck Slip School and other well-known New York City organizations. She is currently volunteering at the Humane Society of Charlotte and recently “foster failed” an English Bulldog at one of her favorite rescues, Bullies 2 The Rescue!

Outside of Paws on Pine, Heather likes to travel and watch episodes of “Chef’s Table.” Heather is thrilled to call Plaza Midwood her home. She is currently owned by a French Bulldog named Tristan, and English Bulldog rescue named Boo and two tabbies named Baloo and Delilah.
